The enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, work email, company, your phone number if you give one, the calls and plan you chose, your message, and your consent to be contacted. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about ATI. Please do not include customer records, payment details or other sensitive information.
Who handles your enquiry
Your enquiry is sent to two services ATI uses. Slack (Slack Technologies) is where the ATI team receives new enquiries. Attio (Attio Ltd) is the customer relationship system where we keep a record of our conversation with you: your details, your company and a note with your message. The website runs on Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which passes your enquiry on to Slack and Attio; the website itself does not store it. Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) checks that the form is sent by a person rather than a program; for that check it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in conversation with you and for [24 months] after our last contact, then delete it, unless you become an ATI customer, in which case your service agreement applies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing hello@atilabs.ai. [Legal basis and regional rights wording to be confirmed for the UK, EU and UAE before launch.]
Talking to the AI guide
If you start ATI's AI guide ("Talk to ATI"), what you say or type goes from your browser directly to Google's Gemini API (Google LLC), which produces the guide's spoken answers and the captions you see. ATI does not record or store the conversation, its audio or its transcript. The microphone is used only while the call is open, and a call lasts at most a few minutes. To prevent misuse, the website counts how often the guide is started, using a one-way scrambled form of your IP address that is replaced daily and deleted within about [25 hours]; these counts are kept with Upstash (Upstash, Inc.). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person started the call. If the guide fills in the enquiry form for you, nothing is sent until you check it and press Send. [Confirm the Gemini API terms that apply to ATI's key, including that conversations are not used to train Google's models.]
Demos and page preferences
The example call on this website runs in your browser and sends nothing. The calls and plan you choose can travel between pages in the web address. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will say so and you will be asked first.
